The PMCC (4th Watch) of Sacramento together with the Florin Square Community Development Corporation (FSCDC) is once again partnering with BJRX Pharmacy of Stockton, CA for MORE DAYS OF COVID 19 COMMUNITY VACCINATION!

VACCINATION SERVICE ON THE FF DATES:

*April 20 (serving 1st dose of Pfizer vaccine)

*April 28 (serving 2nd dose of Pfizer vaccine)

*May 11 (serving 2nd dose of Pfizer vaccine)

Starting at 10 am until 3 pm

Located at 2251 Florin Rd Ste 104, Sacramento, CA 95822.

*Registration & check-in will start at 10 am.

Now we have more days to serve our community! Age 16 & up are welcome. no appointment is necessary but slots are limited.
