Florin Square, celebrating 20 years in 2023!

​Tom Donaldson, Donaldson Properties, has owned and operated Florin Square since 2003. The building is an arts, business, and shopping center is 74,000 sq. ft.

Florin Square is home to the Sojourner Truth Museum, the African Market Place, and nearly 100 retailers, non-profits, and service businesses. 95% are black-owned, and 60% are women-owned.
